Official Rules

The Set Pick 'Em

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. THE SET PICK 'EM IS A FREE GAME OF SKILL. IT IS NOT A LOTTERY, SWEEPSTAKES, OR GAMBLING, AND NO WAGERING OF ANY KIND IS INVOLVED. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Effective September 7, 2026

1. Sponsor

The Set Pick 'Em (the "Contest") is sponsored and administered by League Sports and Entertainment LLC ("LEAGUE" or "Sponsor"), a Wyoming limited liability company operating in Florida. Contact: info@thisisleague.com. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Football League, any NFL team, ESPN, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or any other third party. Team names and logos are the property of their respective owners and appear for identification only.

2. Contest Period

The Contest runs from September 7, 2026 through the conclusion of the final game of the 2026 NFL regular season, scheduled for January 10, 2027 (the "Season"). The Season is divided into 18 Weekly Periods matching NFL regular-season weeks. Each Weekly Period opens at 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the Tuesday before its first game (Week 1 opened at launch) and closes when the last game of that week ends.

3. Eligibility

Open to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are (a) 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher) and (b) legal residents of the United States. The following may participate for entertainment only and are not eligible to win any prize: owners, employees, and contractors of LEAGUE, Kelly Media, and The Set; the Contest's on-air talent and their management; and the immediate family and household members of any of them. Void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Play

1. Visit thesetpickem.com and create a free account with your name, email address, and password. You may optionally add an Instagram handle, profile photo, and favorite team.
2. For each Weekly Period, select the team you predict will win each scheduled NFL game, and enter a prediction of the total combined points that will be scored in that week's designated tiebreaker game (normally the Monday night game).
3. Save your picks. Each game's pick locks at that game's scheduled kickoff time as reported by Sponsor's data provider. You may change a pick until it locks. A pick that is not saved before kickoff is not entered.
4. Limit one account per person and per email address. Multiple accounts, automated entries, scripts, or bots are prohibited and result in disqualification.

5. Scoring and Rankings

• A correct pick counts as a win. An incorrect pick counts as a loss. A game with no saved pick before kickoff counts as a loss, except for games that kicked off before you created your account, which are not counted.
• A game that ends in a tie or is canceled does not count for anyone. A postponed game counts in the week it is actually played; picks lock at the rescheduled kickoff.
• Rankings are by record: most wins, then fewest losses. Remaining ties are broken by the closest prediction to the actual total points scored in the tiebreaker game. If still tied, the entrant who saved a complete set of picks for that week earliest wins. If still tied, the prize for that position is split equally.
• Game results are taken from Sponsor's data provider as of 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time the day after each game. Sponsor may correct data errors, and corrected results replace anything previously displayed. Sponsor's determination of results and rankings is final.

6. Prizes

• Weekly Prize (18 available, one per Weekly Period): $100 USD and The Set merchandise (approximate retail value $35), awarded to the highest-ranked eligible entrant for that Weekly Period. Approximate retail value per week: $135.
• Season Prize (one available): $500 USD and a shoutout on an episode of The Set, awarded to the highest-ranked eligible entrant for the full Season. Approximate retail value: $500.
• Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $2,930.
• Cash prizes are paid by electronic transfer (for example Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal) within 14 days after winner verification. Merchandise ships to a U.S. address within 30 days.
• Prizes are not transferable and may not be substituted by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. An entrant may win more than one Weekly Prize and may also win the Season Prize.
• Winners are responsible for all taxes. Any entrant whose total prize value in a calendar year reaches $600 must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before further prizes are released, and Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 as required by law.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners are shown on the Contest leaderboard and notified by email within three days after the Weekly Period ends. A potential winner must reply with payment details (and a Form W-9 if required) within seven days of notification. Failure to reply, ineligibility, or violation of these Rules results in forfeiture, and the prize passes to the next-highest-ranked eligible entrant. Sponsor may require proof of identity and age before awarding any prize.

8. Publicity

By entering, you agree that Sponsor may display your display name, Instagram handle, profile photo, picks, and record on the Contest website and leaderboards, and that if you win, your name, handle, likeness, and record may be used on The Set and LEAGUE shows, websites, and social channels for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

9. Conduct and Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the Contest, uses multiple accounts or automated means, provides false information, harasses other entrants, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted.

10. General Conditions

• Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest or any Weekly Period if fraud, technical failure, data-provider outage, NFL schedule changes, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, and may award prizes based on results up to that point.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; for website, network, or device failures; for errors in third-party data; or for any entrant's inability to save picks before kickoff for any reason.
• These Rules may be updated to correct errors or comply with law. The version posted at thesetpickem.com/rules controls.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor, Kelly Media, The Set, Terron Armstead, and each of their owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Contest or from the receipt or use of any prize. In no event will Sponsor's total liability to any entrant exceed the value of the prize at issue.

12. Disputes

These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida. To the extent permitted by law, entrants waive any right to a jury trial.

13. Privacy

Information collected through the Contest is handled as described in the Privacy Policy at thesetpickem.com/privacy, which is part of these Rules.

14. Winners List

Weekly and season winners are posted on the Contest leaderboard. A written winners list is available by emailing info@thisisleague.com through February 28, 2027.
