The Set Pick 'Em

1. Agreement. By creating an account or using thesetpickem.com, you agree to these Terms, the Official Rules, and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Free to use. Not gambling. The site is free. There is no fee to play and no way to wager money. Nothing on the site is an offer or solicitation to bet. Betting lines shown are for information only and come from ESPN.
3. Your account. You must be 18 or older. One account per person. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Email info@thisisleague.com immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use. Do not create multiple accounts, use bots or scripts, interfere with the site, attempt to access other users' data, or use an offensive display name, handle, or photo. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your content. You keep ownership of your profile photo and handle and grant LEAGUE a license to display them on the site and in Contest promotion as described in the Official Rules and Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to use any photo you upload.
6. Our content. The Set, LEAGUE, and their logos and site design belong to us. Team names and logos belong to their respective owners. Do not copy or reuse site content commercially.
7. Third-party services. The site links to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X and uses ESPN data. Those services have their own terms; we are not responsible for them.
8. No warranty. The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will be available or error-free, or that third-party data will be accurate. Game results and rankings are determined as set out in the Official Rules.
9. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEAGUE and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to $100 or the value of any prize you were owed, whichever is greater.
10. Termination. You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Prize eligibility ends with termination for cause.
11. Governing law and disputes. Florida law governs. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts in Orange County, Florida, individually and not as a class.
12. Changes. We may update these Terms. Continued use after posting means you accept the changes.
